The Museum runs a varied programme of talks throughout the year to which all are invited.  

Tickets can be purchased on the door and are charged at £3 for Friends and Patrons; £5 for visitors.

‘The Life and Times of Gideon Mantell, discoverer of the Cuckfield iguanodon’ by Debby Matthews

Debby is a Lewes based local historian who has delved deeply into the life, discoveries and works of Gideon Mantell.   This talk is part of a Sussex wide programme of events to mark the 200th anniversary of the first published identification of an iguanodon which was found in Whitemans Green, Cuckfield.  Click here to see the whole programme.
